Update on Pastor Sherman (7.14.26)
We just received word from his family that Pastor Sherman will be coming home to Dothan to start his rehab process! We thank you all for the endless prayers and thank God for the countless miracles he has performed during this process.
Update on Pastor Sherman (7.12.26)
Sherman has finally been transfered from the trauma unit at UAB to a regular room! Sherman is eager to get back to Dothan to start his rehab process. The family expects that could happen very soon. Thank you all for your continued prayers and support!
Update on Pastor Sherman (7.9.26)
The ole Sherm is back!!!
He’s acting more himself this morning since the wreck.
He’s headed back for one more CT scan with a follow up by the ENT team here due to his sore throat.
However, he is still on the shortlist to go to a room, but there’s a waiting list out of ICU and trauma ICU to get into a room! So hopefully the list will drop down like it did yesterday from 9 to 4 today then he will get to go SOON. He has to get out of ICU to be able to go to encompass which is a rehab in Dothan.
Overall, it’s a good good day
Update on Pastor Sherman (7.8.26)
PT worked with him in bed, then got him up. He stood beside the bed, a couple steps forward then backed up to the bed and sit down.
He did that again and they said we’ll go for the chair tomorrow morning. Those healing 10 ribs and clavicle was screaming. The leg was ok!
He was of course disappointed because he wanted to sit in the chair. I told him don’t be, this was day one and every day you’re gonna get stronger.
Update on Pastor Sherman (7.6.26)
We were able to SPEAK With Pastor Sherman yesterday! Too many improvements and miracles to list but his family hopes to have him moved to Dothan soon to start his rehab process.
Update on Pastor Sherman (7.4.26)-
Pastor Sherman was taken off the ventilator this morning and is fully breathing on his own! Continued prayers and support are much needed!
Update on Pastor Sherman (7.2.26)-
Sherman is back on the ninth floor after a successful surgery today.
His family will get to see him as soon as they get him set up in the room. The hospital staff said everything went well during surgery. Praise The Lord for his many blessings and thank you all for your continued prayers!

Update on Pastor Sherman (7.1.26) -
Good morning we were just notified that surgery to has been postponed due to concern that there might be pneumonia that has to be addressed before they can do surgery on his ribs. Be in prayer that that is taken care of immediately! Thank you for the continued support and prayers!
Update on Pastor Sherman and Caitlin (6.30.26)-
Sherman’s surgery yesterday on his leg was a success and is still recovering in UAB. His wife Caitlin was discharged yesterday from Flowers and is at home recovering.

Update on Pastor Sherman (6.29.26)-
Thank you for the prayers!
The good news is Sherman no longer has an arterial bleed after the car accident on Sunday. God healed that in flight to UAB and all of the bones are repairable! He’s having surgery on his right tibia this morning and then we know the Lord is going to heal those 14 broken ribs, including his clavicle.
